Our Programs

Education & Career

BE GREAT GRADUATE is a mentoring program that helps our youth develop the academic, emotional and social skills needed to achieve academic success. This program uses the early warning signals — attendance, behavior and course failure — to identify youth at risk of dropping out of school.

S.T.R.E.A.M Science, Technology, Research, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics is inquiry-based, hands-on and incorporates project-based learning activities to help youth develop the 21st Century skills necessary to compete and be successful in the current marketplace. The core idea of inquiry-based learning is that real-world problems capture students’ interest and provoke serious thinking as the students acquire and apply new knowledge in a problem-solving context.

Character & Leadership

Keystone Club is a chartered small group leadership development program for ages 14-18. Keystoners elect officers, choose their own activities and plan and implement community service projects.

Youth of the Year is our signature effort to foster a new generation of leaders, fully prepared to live and lead in a diverse, global and integrated world economy.

In the 21st-century world and workplace, leadership skills such as communication, goal-setting and teamwork are essential for everyone – especially young people preparing to meet the challenges of adolescence and adulthood. With a grassroots beginning in 1947, Youth of the Year has evolved into a comprehensive leadership development program, which includes:

  • Youth of the Month – Leadership Recognition Program
  • Junior Youth of the Year – Leadership Readiness Program, and
  • Youth of the Year – Leadership Development Program
