BGCO is incredibly proud of Karen, who was selected as Boys & Girls Clubs of Oceanside’s 2023 Youth of the Year.

Karen is a Junior at El Camino High School and has a passion of playing soccer. She is apart of our Torch Club and has been coming to The Club for over ten years. One of her first memories about BGCO was the warm and welcoming staff that she encountered on her first day, that encouraged her to meet new friends and create new relationships with new people. She values the opportunities she has been presented with and lifelong friendships she has made at BGCO.
